NYEVS 2025 PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
  1. Read CME Information
  2. Attend/Participate in Sessions – credit given commensurate with attendance
  3. Beginning Tuesday, September 16th, log on to the following URL Link: https://www.online-med-edu.com/nyevs/091325/cme and then complete the Course Evaluation, Credit Request Form, MOC Request (if requesting MOC points), and then download and save and / or print your Credit Statement / Certificate.
    1. MOC points will appear in your ABIM account approximately 30 days after successful completion of your request.
    2. There will be a link highlighted in red font at the top and bottom of the page.

Participants have 60 days to claim credit. ABIM and ABS MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.

PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CME Solutions, LLC and Gaffney Events. The CME Solutions, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

MOC RECOGNITION

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and American Board of Surgery (ABS) MOC

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to:

ABIM MOC: 15.25 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the ABIM MOC Assessment Recognition Program
ABS CC: 15.25 Accredited CME credits toward ABS Continuous Certification Program

It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM and ABS credit.

ABIM and ABS MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.

NURSING CONTACT HOUR INFORMATION

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

PODIATRY CONTINUING EDUCATION CONTACT HOURS (CECH)

Accredited providers that have ACCME approval automatically qualify for approval by the New York State (NYS) Board of Podiatry for continuing education credit.

Podiatrists are to self-report using their ACCME Certificate from the New York Endovascular Summit (NYEVS) to report their Podiatry CECH.

The Podiatry Session is estimated at 7.5 CECH hours.

CE FOR OTHER HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

GRANTS & EXHIBITS

The New York Endovascular Summit will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters. The Course Directors will develop the educational content without any influence from commercial supporters. A complete list, along with appropriate acknowledgement will be given to all supporters at the time of the meeting. Exhibits will be available for viewing at all scheduled breaks.
