PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
  1. Read CME Information.
  2. Attend/Participate in Sessions – credit given commensurate with attendance.
  3. Log on to the following URL: https://online-med-edu.com/nyevs/09122024/cme (Link will be active beginning Monday, September 16, 2024).
  4. Complete evaluation, credit request form, MOC Test (75% passing grade required), and download or print credit statement/certificate.
  5. If requesting MOC points, the link to the test will appear on the page with your certificate.
    • There will be a link highlighted in red font at the top and bottom of the page.
    • Your MOC points will appear in your ABIM account approximately 30 days after successful completion of your request.

Participants have 60 days to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, ABIM MOC, ASRT, and Nursing credits.

PODIATRY SYMPOSIUM (Saturday)

NYCPM is an approved provider of CE in Podiatric Medicine by the CPME.
The Podiatry Symposium is estimated at 6.75 CECH hours.

PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions, LLC and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The CMEsolutions, LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ABIM MOC II Recognition

 

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component and 75% passing on MOC test, enables the participant to earn up to 15 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

For the purpose of recertification, American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.

GRANTS & EXHIBITS

The New York Endovascular Summit will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters. The Course Directors will develop the educational content without any influence from commercial supporters. A complete list, along with appropriate acknowledgement will be given to all supporters at the time of the meeting. Exhibits will be available for viewing at all scheduled breaks.

Instructions To Receive Credit

To receive credit, participants must attend credit designated sessions, and must submit a completed evaluation and request for credit at the conclusion of the NY Endovascular Summit. Further details will be updated prior to the start of the conference.
