PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION – CME & MOC (PAD & Venous Symposium)
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of 17 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component and 75% passing on MOC test, enables the participant to earn up to 17 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

- Attend/Participate in Sessions – credit given commensurate with attendance
- Beginning Wednesday, October 12th, complete the course evaluation and credit request form at: https://online-med-edu.com/nyevs/1072022/ and download or print credit statement.
- MOC credit will appear in your ABIM account four weeks after successful completion of your request.
- NOTE: ABIM MOC II points for NY EVS 2022 can only be claimed until November 9, 2022.
PODIATRY SESSION (Saturday)
NYCPM is an approved provider of CE in Podiatric Medicine by the CPME.
The Podiatry Session is estimated at 7.5 CECH hours.
You should have received a separate email from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) regarding claiming your podiatry CECH hours.

The New York Endovascular Summit will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters.
