The New York Endovascular Summit is funded by educational grants, exhibit and sponsorship fees from medical device and pharmaceutical companies. We are proud to offer our industry partners a platform to showcase products and devices in an up-close and personal setting.

The following will be provided for your use at no additional charge:
- 1 Skirted exhibit table measuring 6’x30″
- 2 Side Chairs
- 1 Wastebasket Each 10′
- 1 20-AMP Electrical Outlet (Additional power available at a charge)

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the New York Marriott Marquis for attendees of NYEVS at a special rate of $404.00/night + taxes. To receive the discounted room rate, reservations must be confirmed by Wednesday, August 13, 2025. After that date, reservations will be subject to space and rate availability.
